The purpose of the project is to establish or upgrade e-commerce.

At Fullsix d.o.o. Within the project, we will implement five different measures to strengthen our operations and promotion in foreign markets and to facilitate communication with our customers. These measures are:     
electronic exchange between partners     
digitization of appearances at fairs     
websites for foreign markets     
online stores     
product sales video     
competence building and training.

The aim of the project is to improve the possibilities of entry into global value chains and new markets, increase the international competitiveness of our business, improve and accelerate interaction with business partners abroad, send and collect information more efficiently, and improve relationships throughout the supply chain.

Expected results are increasing international competitiveness.

FULLSIX d.o.o. will receive professional assistance in Phase A of the TKT Academy. This phase will involve a 5-month process of strategic sustainable and circular transformation, with the guidance of an external expert who will help prepare a long-term sustainable and circular business strategy, sustainable, circular, and low-carbon business models, and an implementation project that prioritizes the establishment of circular business principles. The proposal will significantly contribute to the implementation of sustainable, circular, and low-carbon business strategies, which can be applied in Phase B.

Naše podjetje je uspešno prešlo iz zastarelega in delovno intenzivnega proizvodnega procesa za izdelavo bočnega panela pod tankom na motociklu (MBP-1), ki se je močno zanašal na ročno delo in okoljsko škodljive kemikalije, na trajnostnejši in krožni proizvodni proces. Ta novi pristop znatno zmanjšuje odpadke in izboljša delovne razmere.

Namen izvedenega projekta MBP-1 je bil, da se prispeva k reševanju trajnostne in krožne problematike, ki jo je povzročal obstoječi, ročni delovni proces. Ta proces je vključeval zamudne in zdravju ter okolju škodljive ročne operacije. V okviru izvedenega projekta smo razvili povsem nov proces, ki se bistveno razlikuje od obstoječega in omogoča kakovostnejše, okolju in delavcem prijaznejše (ter hitrejše) lansiranje novih izdelkov na trg. Nov razvojni proces je vključeval faze dela z napravami, ki so razbremenile delavce. Zunanji inženiring procesa je pomagal natančno izrisati, preračunati in definirati pravilnost tehnološko vodenega procesa. Izvedbeni projekt je bil vezan na specifičen nov model. Preko tega modela smo preverili kakovost novega razvojnega procesa. Z njim smo odstranili ali bistveno zmanjšali nevarne snovi v fazi izdelave, ponovno uporabili pomemben del odpadnega materiala (odpadni tekstil) pri izdelavi kalupov z novo tehnologijo ter izboljšali delovne pogoje v proizvodnji: manj ročnega dela, zdravju prijaznejši postopki dela.

Operacija je bila izbrana za sofinanciranje na javnem razpisu "Podpora zagonskim podjetjem, mikro, malim in srednje velikim podjetjem v strateški trajnostni in krožni preobrazbi poslovanja v letih 2022-2025 (JR STKTP NOO 2022-2025)".

seatcoverGP aims to develop a new, sustainable, and cost-effective production process for motorcycle seat covers using advanced technologies such as 3D printing, CNC machining, and scanning. The traditional production process for motorcycle seat covers is labor-intensive and wasteful, generating significant amounts of scrap material. By using advanced technologies, the project will significantly reduce the environmental impact of motorcycle seat cover production. The new process will also be more cost-effective, as it will reduce labor costs and scrap material. Ultimately, the overall goal of the project is to deliver a high-quality product to the customers in a sustainable and efficient way.
